Your holiday begins as you drive through the gated entrance to Cumbrian Lakes; a beautiful wooded conservation area with sparkling lakes that provide a natural habitat for Cranes, Osprey and Blue Heron. One of the lakes, complete with a night- time illuminated fountain, has a paved nature trail for you to enjoy a walk or bike ride in peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of open spaces, and also a lovely children’s play area.

Cumbrian Lakes offers serenity and security, yet it is so close to all the excitement that makes Central Florida the Number One tourist destination in the world. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney and Sea World are 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Studios and Florida Mall are 30 minutes drive away.

Cumbrian Lakes is close to the numerous restaurants and shopping outlets along the 192. Keen golfers will also not be disappointed with the many championship courses nearby.

For beaches, the Atlantic Coast with the Kennedy Space Centre is only an hour’s drive to the East, and the Gulf Coast less than 90 minutes to the West.
